LoKation Real Estate

Jim and his associate Cheryl both did a great job in helping us find and purchase our property . We were not from the area and their knowledge and advice on the available properties was invaluable. I am confidant that in the future we will always go to Jim Signor Remax for our real estate needs. 5 Star service start to finish.

Jim also helped me sell the home five years later. A great, all-around broker-agent who was very professional. I would recommend him to anyone as either a buyers or a sellers agent. This guy is a real pro!

Mr. Signor remained abreast of the market, regularly keeping us informed about homes which became available within our location preferences and price range. In all of our dealings with Jim Signor he conducted himself in an extremely professional manner and we would have no reservation in recommending him to anyone.

Jim recently sold my parents condo in Key Largo. He was professional and always willing to help. This was particularly challenging as we are up in Canada. Jim is the best!!

Jim was instrumental in helping me sell my home in Key Largo, and smoothed out a difficult sale... His knowledge, honesty and commitment made the sale possible!
