So grateful the universe matched me with Rachel, who throughout odyssey was part therapist, sage, encyclopedia, house whisperer, numbers witch, intuitive & savage negotiator without whom I cant imagine having sifted through noise & won 4D chess of 2024 residential market to close on, much less within budget, a home that is beyond my wildest dreams. Especially if like me youre as nit-picky about beauty as you are counting your money, Rachels good taste, infinite patience, and constant communication was the grease that kept wheels moving forward to constructive purpose when with different agent they might have ground to halt. And now that weve closed realizing she had my back in so many other tiny ways I didnt even realize were issues at the time. Cant recommend enough!
