Kimi was excellent every step of the way. She worked with my family to get over fears and anxiety and helped us find the perfect first home. When issues came up with finances she worked over time to fix them.

Kimi helped me buy a house and she was very accommodating to my demands! It was so much fun to work with her. She was on top of everything that happened and kept communicating with all the people involved to make sure it went through without a hitch.

Kimi work with me right from the start to find me a house in my desired neighborhood. She was very knowledgeable about he housing market and the process which was wonderful for a first time buyer.

I met Vanessa at a open house. Vanessa was very professional and honest about every question I had about the open house.

I cant say enough great things about Kimi Cobb! From the very beginning, Kimi was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every step of the home-buying process. Kimi went above and beyond to make sure everything came together smoothly. Her communication, dedication, and attention to detail made me feel confident that I was in good hands throughout the entire process. If youre looking for a real estate agent who truly cares about her clients and will go the extra mile for you, I highly recommend Kimi Cobb. Thank you, Kimi, for making this experience such a great one!
