Elizabeth. How can we thank you enough! You were amazing and we appreciate all your time and energy you gave us during our search for our new home. We needed to be in the correct zone for our daughter to attend the Middle School and High School we wanted her to attend! We wanted a specific floor plan and you found it!!! Thank you for being available to us even when out of the country! Again, you were so great to work with and we can not wait to work with you again when Kelly needs to find her forever Florida home!!!

Elizabeth represented us in buying a new home and selling our current home. She was always available and responsive. In fact, she was proactive in every process that came with each real estate transaction. I think the average time to sell for my area/home is about 80 days, but we were under contract within 2 weeks and closed in 41 days! Working with Elizabeth was a pleasure, and I highly recommend her services.

Elizabeth is simply the best! We were so grateful to have her by our side when buying our home in this crazy market. She helped secure the perfect home for us. She is very knowledgeable and was always available when we had questions or needed her. We highly recommend Elizabeth and cannot thank her enough for everything!

We are so thankful to have had Elizabeth Bringard sell our home for us! She made the entire process so easy and ensured she got us the best deal. We truly could not have done it without her. She was available any time we had questions. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. We cannot wait to work with her again when we are ready to buy our dream home!
