Working with Courtney Pupa was an outstanding experience. She is highly responsive, punctual, and extremely professional. She took the time to understand our specific needs and financial boundaries, and she respected them throughout the entire process. What sets Courtney apart is that she never applies pressure. Instead, she provides thoughtful guidance and allows you to make confident decisions at your own pace. Her market knowledge and ability to effectively position and sell a property are impressive. Beyond her expertise, she is approachable, positive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. I would confidently recommend Courtney Pupa to anyone buying or selling in New Smyrna Beach.

Courtney is 5 star!!! She helped us purchase a home in New Smyrna Beach, since she's a local she also spilled all the best spots to eat. She was wonderful with the negotiations, Courtney got us everything we were looking for and more. She made helpful recommendations which ended up saving us huge money. But the biggest thing was her communication. Whenever we needed Courtney she made herself available and answered whatever questions we had. She made something stressful into something easy. We can't recommend her enough.

Hayley Vezza is without a doubt the best realtor I have ever worked with! Hayley was very professional, always available, extremely knowledgeable, HONEST, definitely works for her clients and is a very nice person. Hayley knew I loved a house that I thought was unreachable for me, and because of her determination, I am now living in that house, and I love it even more than I thought I would. You can never go wrong by having Hayley as your professional real estate agent!!

She was incredibly patient, detail oriented, proactive, and always available when we needed her. What impressed me most was her ability to stay calm and focused during difficult negotiations and unexpected challenges. She consistently advocated for us, kept us informed, and made sure we understood every step along the way. I never felt like just another client. Courtney truly cares about helping people find the right home, not just closing a deal. Thanks to her persistence and expertise, we were able to successfully close on a home we are excited about.
