Working with Eli was amazing. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and fun. She took time to answer my questions and went above and beyond to make my experience better. Recommend Eli 10/10!

Eli did a wonderful job helping us to find out new home. She was patience and very knowledgable about the Williamsburg area. Each time that we went out to look at a home with her, we learned something new about our new city that we call home as well as what things were actually the most valuable to us when purchasing a home. We saw a lot of homes, but it never felt like a chore because Eli kept the interactions light and gave us the time we needed to really see whether or not we could really see ourselves living in a home or not. When it came down to the purchase process, she was organized and handled lots for us behind the scene that made our home buying process as clear as possible. We keep in touch and she's been instrumental in connecting us to excellent tradespersons who have given our new home the little touch ups that it needed to truly feel like our own. We'd definitely work with her again and would recommend her as well!

Eli is a consummate professional who had it best to interests at hearts. She helped us get the best price for our home and made the process very easy.

Eli caught a $1000 mistake in my contract! She has great attention to detail, is an expert negotiator and is knowledgeable about local housing trends. She was endlessly patient and encouraging when I was frustrated about not finding a home. She kept telling me the prefect fit always comes along, and she was right! I love my new home. Eli was savvy in her negotiations for repairs in the home I was purchasing, was a pleasure to work with, and she made me feel confident about every step of the process.

Eli was incredibly supportive of us during a very long search process. She understands all the nuances of buying in the Williamsburg area. Highly recommend!
