Shari was everything and more. She went above and beyond for us. My wife and I were first time home buyers with very little knowledge about the home buying process. THAT DAY, Shari called us from the home and promised she would take care of it. Although replacing a water heater is far from the typical duties, she had a water heater delivered and installed the same day.
