Working with James was an absolute pleasure! Looking back on the whole process of buying our first house I expected it to be way more stressful than it turned out to be. This is in large part due to James guidance and, close attention to every detail of the process. We picked out the houses we wanted to see, and James came prepared each time with all the facts about the property. He let us peruse around the properties at our own pace, never pushing us to buy. When we were ready to make an offer on a house he went over the document with us line by line to explain what each section meant and where we could make the most appealing offer to the seller. Once our offer was accepted, James navigated escrow flawlessly. He coordinated the inspection, researched and scheduled quotes for each item that came up, and made sure we were on track for each important deadline. James worked hard for us to find our dream home, yet always smiled and presented a calming demeanor. We were lucky to have James as our agent, and highly recommend him to be yours!
