Jeff put no effort into selling our property, nor contacting the lawyers office, nor staying in touch every step of the process with us as sellers and our buyers! I do not recommend him as your agent!!!

To put it simply - Lawrence does amazing! We put our trust into Lawrence to help us sell a piece of undeveloped property in a development in Ocean Isle Palms, NC. He accomplished this task and took it from the initial listing to a closed sale with 30 days. His work ethic , responsiveness, communication and commitment is unmatched. As remote sellers, Lawrence worked with the local municipality on our behalf to ensure that our listing was compliant with local regulations. He developed a great relationship with the buyers agent to ensure that any issues that arose we managed in a timely and amicable manner. In summary, Lawrence is an great agent who was willing to go the extra mile and smile while doing so. I highly recommend him!

Jeff did an outstanding job selling our home in Brunswick Forest. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions honestly and really put my husband and me at ease through the selling process. Jeff always responded to our texts and phone calls promptly. We recommend Jeff highly and so happy we choose him.

Seth has been amazing and helped us tremendously. We found our forever dream home with his knowledge and help we are happier than ever. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy to work with Seth.
