Lively Real Estate

Gernelle is fabulous to work with! She is caring and confident. I have used her to sell my last 2 homes. I trust her and she ALWAYS gives 100% to sell my house! I HIGHLY recommend Gernelle whether buying or selling! She works hard for YOU!

Taylor is exemplary! She has the strongest work ethic Ive seen in a long time. Her dedication to her profession is rock solid. If you are looking to buy, sell, or both - as we did - she knocks it out of the park. And shes a lot of fun too! Blessed wishes Taylor for continued success, you deserve it.

I cant say enough great things about my experience working with Erin. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful working with me and the sellers of the house I bought. These processes are always stressful no matter what but having someone like who communicates so well and can give you the step by step of everything makes all the difference. Thank you again Erin for everything I appreciate it very very much!

Gernelle went above and beyond to help our family sell our home. The current market was not conducive to a rapid sale, however Gernelle remained engaged, full of ideas and highly communicative with me. Her video of the home and the overall messaging to appeal to families looking for their forever home in the area were spot on. She took significant time to conduct open houses. During the closing process, she enlisted the help of her husband to change the filters in the house so I wouldnt have to travel a long distance to do so. Gernelle was a gem to work with! We are extremely grateful for her hard work and support.

Erin is fantastic, she really worked with us to find our new home due to a job transfer. Great communication and great outreach to third party needs such as Movers and financial. We highly recommend Erin for all your realtor needs.
