LIV Sotheby's International Realty: Breckenridge Office

Dina was great to work with. On the buying side, she showed us ALL our options in and around our price range, even when I changed the parameters of our search. She was always available and responsive. On the selling side, she was knowledgable of the market, knew where to price our property to sell and made the experience smooth.

Dina did an outstanding job in our home search and was very knowledgeable of the area and easy to work with. She was quick to understand exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend Dina Sanchez!

Dina was such a joy to work with. She was very proactive with communication and regularly sent over listings that met our criteria as well as properties before they hit the market. She's familiar with all of the neighborhoods which was very helpful to us as we're new to the community, and she gave us advice as to which locations would be a good fit for our family. She also put us in touch with a lender who was able to lock in a great rate!!

Dena was amazing to work with on our purchase in Tiger Run Resort in Breckenridge. She was very responsive on our first inquiry. While we had a property in mind when we started our search, she actually helped us find and purchase the perfect chalet for us. She helped foster our creativity and helped us to "think outside the box" with our purchase. She and her husband Stacy are clearly passionate about Breckenridge having lived there for many years. They both helped us see the beauty of owning a property, not only in Breckenridge, but in Tiger Run Resort. Making the offer and closing could not have been easier. We would highly recommend Dena for any future purchase in the Breckenridge, CO area.

Dina was responsive, informative and very helpful. Throughout the process she adapted to our needs and circumstances. She was a fantastic facilitator and really looked out for our interests without being asked. She is a first rate broker!
