After our successful home buying process with Elizabeth, we thought selling would be even easier. We chose Elizabeth because if we were a buyer, we would like to see someone like her at Open House. she is gorgeous, engaging and sharp. Our townhouse was beautifully updated, we did all the necessary repairs, we were confident that the home was priced right and thought we hit the market at the peak. We received multiple offers with escalation after the first weekend. Then, everything went downhill. Our buyers failed to get a loan but didnt inform us until our closing day. By then we had made all repairs as they requested after home inspections. We gave them very generous 10 day extension. When they still couldnt get the loan approved, Elizabeth wrote a very thoughtful but professional letter that spoke about our desperate need to move forward. We were about to have three mortgages, interest rates were rising due to the war. We gave the buyer the final extension with conditions and at the same time we were ready to put the house back in the market. Elizabeth offered to do two Open House! In the end, the buyer was finally able to close on the house. We dont wish anyone what we went through but if you have to, we can only hope you have Elizabeth on your side. She is a great communicator, helps you focus on positives, and best of all she gets the job done!
