Jim Blake is an exceptional Realtor! His advice to declutter, clean, and repair is priceless. The two day open house he held on Saturday and Sunday is a testament to his real estate knowledge. On Monday he presented the multiple offers received over the weekend. With his guidance, I chose the offer I liked and within that week my house was in escrow. He was proactive in scheduling contractors for needed repairs and even did some of the minor repairs himself. He responded quickly to my concerns and kept in close contact with me via text messages or phone calls during the entire process. He is truthful, honest, and genuinely concerned about positive results for all parties. He even stopped by during my move out to see it there was anything he could to help.
