If a good agent is golden, Paul is platinum! I am retired but have experience buying and selling multiple homes over almost 5 decades. So I can compare Paul with many agents that have served me. We asked Paul to put together a tour of 8 homes in one day. He planned the route and accompanied us on the tour. Paul was our "buyers agent." Though I usually take that with a grain of salt, Paul actually did represent us. Paul has many years of experience in construction. He was excellent in pointing out flaws and problems with some of the houses that we saw. He did not try to steer us to any particular house and was patient while took several days to decide whether we wanted to offer on any of those homes. After our offer was accepted, Paul provided excellent referrals to local people that could help with insurance, inspections and financing. Paul is continuing to help and answer questions even after escrow closed. I am pleased that I can unconditionally recommend Paul if you are buying or selling a home. You will not be disappointed.
