Lippincott Realty

Elise is the epitome of the "will fight for you" kind of person. Sweet and friendly, I always felt that she was 100% on my side and that her main concern wasn't making a sale, but that I knew all the facts, I saw the pitfalls of different properties, and I wasn't being taken advantage of - which was very important to me considering I was a first time buyer. She kept me grounded in reality but also encouraged me to see the bigger picture. I couldn't have lucked out with a better realtor!

Far and away the best experience I've ever had working with a real estate agent. Elise is heads and shoulders above the rest. We were out-of-state buyers and working with Elise made the whole process so much easier because she is so responsive, thorough and on top of things it took a lot of the stress out of the process. From reaching out to home inspectors, contacting surveyors or providing us with details about potential problems with homes we were considering, she is so proactive at every stage of the process that it was the smoothest home buying experience my wife and I ever had. If you are buying or selling a home in the area, Elise is the agent you want to have in your corner!

We had the pleasure of working with Elise twice, as buyers and as sellers. Both times, she was the consummate professional - very helpful and knowledgeable, extremely communicative and always responsive to any questions we had throughout the process. We knew we were in good hands with her when we bought our home, so there was no question on who we wanted to help us sell our home. Having bought and sold multiple homes in three states, Elise is the best realtor weve worked with, and we cant recommend her highly enough!

Elise was very knowledgeable about the area and was encouraging through the whole selling process. I am very appreciative of the time and effort Elise put into helping us. She took our needs into account and worked with our schedules. It was simply a pleasure to work with her.

Weiland's - We were so fortunate to have been introduced to Elise when we began our search for a home in the Swansboro area from western North Carolina. She was always responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable. Our confidence in her was such that, before arriving in town, we were able to rely on videos that Elise took for us of homes we were interested in. With her great suggestions, methodical research and abundance of patience, we were able to settle on a home and successfully come to contract. When we arrived in town to see our new home and neighborhood for the first time, we were very pleased. She understood us and what we were looking for in a home, and she made it happen. We couldn't be more pleased.
