Chad was amazing throughout the whole process of selling our stepdads house. My whole family agreed that we made the right decision to have Chad represent him.We appreciated the fact that Chad helped our stepdad each step of the way and made things as easy and seamless as possible. All of the companies Chad recommended to help prepare the house and support the move were very reasonable, professional and did excellent work. Chads expert knowledge of the market and real estate sales in general allowed our stepdad to quickly sell his house for a great price. Chad always kept all of us in the loop and patiently answered our questions. Chad took a very complicated process and made it look easy; I know we will never understand how much work he had to do behind the scenes to get our stepdad the outcome he wanted, but we are very appreciative.

Chad Hollingsworth was our specific agent. I had bought and sold 6 homes prior to this sale. This was my Dads house. Everything had to be done for us as we do not live in the area. Of the 4 agents we interviewed Chad was far and away the most professional. He presented us with the most specific comps, by area, by neighborhood, by street ( the way an appraiser would look at things). He gave us excellent advice about what needed to be done to make the house presentable ( to get top dollar). Chad also gave us the contacts for painting, repairs, flooring, junk removal, etc , as well as suggestions for kitchen renovation. All of the work was done on budget and was excellent quality. Chad also was available to open the house for all of the workmen and made sure everything was done properly. In the end , we received many offers, and got an excellent price. Chad was one of the most professional agents i have had the pleasure to work with. You wont find anyone with more insight into this market, nor dedication to his clients. Best, Kevin M
