But not with Linda; we communicated regularly with phone, text, email and Docusign. With her experience, she read the market perfectly, priced the property appropriately and supplied terrific contacts for house prep (painters, landscapers, electricians, staging, photos, etc.) She helped negotiate a contract and navigate HOA questions.
