I recently sold a property in Leander, Tx where Louise from Limestone Realty represented the buyer. After closing, I was surprised to discover that the buyer never transferred the utilities into their name. More than 30 days after the sale, I was still being billed for buyer's usage. I reached out through the buyers agent assuming it was a simple oversight that could be resolved quickly. Unfortunately, the experience was less than ideal.
