Nicolette was one of three agents we interviewed and we are so happy we selected her. We are/were going through some changes ourselves as we had to relocate for professional needs. We started the process with her to review the readiness of ur home and she provided practical advice without demanding major changes. When it was time to let we asked her to justify the listing price due to negative feedback received from another agent.
