I have worked with Dena a couple of times. The first was when we moved to Virginia in 2018. She represented my wife and I as buyers. The second time was when we sold that property and bought another in the summer of 2024. We found her to be very thorough in all areas of buying a property and when selling our first house. I feel she put us in the best position for making a reasonable offer and getting us across the finish line both times when we purchased a house. When selling our first house she knew what we should do to prepare the house for the market and how to handle the negotiations. I would recommend Dena for either process, buying or selling. She is very easy to work with and very professional.
