Licensed To Sell Real Estate LLC

We were interested in moving quickly on a rental we found through Zillow that Jamie was rep'ing. Her prompt response and flexibility enabled us to view the unit and consider a couple comparable apartments nearby in short order. With her help our decision was fast and easy. She proceeded to guide us through the application process and advise us to ensure that our presentation would be appealing to the landlord. She smoothly ironed out any technical difficulties that the automated application process imposed. Upon gathering to meet the landlord and sign paperwork under Jamie's guidance, our mutual interaction was delightful and charming. Despite the obstacles imposed by the Covid-19 formalities, it all went smoothly and quick. We couldn't have been more pleased with her service.

Jamie was super patient, and always quickly responsive to questions and issues in my search for a home. Then she was all this and more in helping me get through the process of purchasing the home. Thank you, Jamie!

Jaime was sent to us from God literally in our time of need. We used two other agents and they yielded no results. Jaime is calm, professional, talented, extremely skillful in negotiations and an expert in her craft. We called her and within 24 hours she booked almost five homes for us to see. During our underwriting process she kept us calm and submitted all the necessary documents needed to get us into our new dream home. I would recommend Jaime Dawn as she is the best in the business. We have found a realtor for life! Thank you so much Jaime we could not have done this without you!

Jamie did a great job when we first met of explaining the market and what to list the property for. Jamie was able to list the property right away and get an offer on the first day. Thanks again Jamie!

Jamie was great to work with, very responsive, professional and efficient in communication! She was able to provide efficient scheduling, points of contact and assistance to make the process very smooth!
