As a first time home buyer Brian was both educating, patient, and selective. As a person who asks a million questions (I literally called him multiple times a day for the last month) Brian was extremely patient and walked me through the process; he taught me the ins and outs of buying a home. I had only lived in the area for little over a year and he took the time to explain the different areas, schools, and destinations in the Greater Omaha Area. I was surprise how not prepared I actually was.Brian was never in the deal to make a quick buck. We put in several offers, one of which I backed out on, and others we simply lost out on. Brian was always a cheerleader of sorts.I choose to buy a HUD property (government owned foreclosure) and a had first time buyer (NIFA) financing and there was A LOT if paperwork and addendums that needed to be filed and I was working a lot and Brian and/or his staff went out of their way to meet me at work to help get paperwork signed and submitted on time. I would STRONGLY recommend Brian and his team for purchasing any type of property. Overall great business man. Thanks Brian!! -Shane B.
