ZillowVERIFIED This is the 9th transaction Brian has helped us with. None were more important and involved than this one as it was imperative we were able to achieve a great return on this property. The one prior was our primary residence and his selling, staging and marketing strategy netted 3 offers in a day and a half with the final sale price over asking. This was above any trending we had seen in the neighborhood. The last property required creative thinking, persistence, a lot of patience, and Brian taking on full responsibility for coordination of repairs, staging, and marketing to deliver. There were many hurdles. Only through Brian's experience and tenacity were we able to sell quickly for a better than expected price. We have been more than happy with his services and will continue to engage him in every aspect of our real estate needs.
