We first met Greg and Janet 11 years ago when we were thinking about buying a house to use as a rental. We really did not know what we were doing, and so Greg and Janet offered their expertise. They helped us find the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood, but they did not stop there. Long after their commission was paid for, they helped guide us through the whole renting process: how to find the perfect renter, what forms to use, how to do a background check, and other things to consider. They checked in on us all along the way until we were all set. We ended up with the same renter for 11 years, until we decided to sell. Selling with Greg and Janet went as smoothly as buying with them! They took great photos of our home, and we sold it in one day! They carefully went over the offers and knew just what was needed to always keep our interests protected. They are personable, trustworthy, and experts in their field. We trusted them enough to ask them to find a home for our daughter, and again: perfect service. We highly recommend Greg and Janet to anyone for both buying and selling! You cannot do better :)

Greg and Janet are phenomenal realtors. Weve worked with them in the past to buy our home and despite the almost decade between then and when we decided to sell, it was like we picked up right where we left off. The level of comfort we have experienced made us feel like we were family and we knew we could trust them during the stressful time of selling our home and buying a new home. They came out to see us about a month before we listed the house and made suggestions regarding small things we could do around the house to maximize our selling price. They were very responsive with any questions we had and supportive. Three days after listing our house we were accepted an offer above what we listed for (and even listed higher than we originally planned to). While buying a home they listened to what we wanted and what our family needed. We decided on purchasing a new build and they came with us to negotiate a better offer from the builder that we definitely would not have gotten without them. It is always a joy to work with Greg and Janet. They answered all of our questions, are very knowledgeable, and genuinely care. We would fully recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell and home.
