Levin Rinke Realty

Ashley was excellent in every way. She was professional, courteous and promptly answered all my questions. I was selling my deceased brothers house and was anxious about it because I had never sold a home before.. Ashley was patient with me and had a calming influence on me. I couldnt imagine going through this experience without her. I will definitely recommend her and use her again if the need arises!

I had the pleasure of working with Ashley Divin with Levin Rinke Realty on the sale of a 4-plex for our out-of-town seller, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Ashley was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire transaction. What impressed me most was the strong trust she had built with her buyer, it was clear they had confidence in her guidance, which helped make coordination smooth and efficient. Ashley's follow-up was consistently on point, keeping everyone informed and on track. This was especially valuable given that our seller was stationed overseas and needed reliable communication. It's always a pleasure to work alongside an agent who combines professionalism with genuine care for their clients. Thanks Ashley, looking forward to our next one.

Ashley is an amazing realtor! She grew up in the area and knows so much about the communities and locations surrounding our area. Always willing to drive the extra mile for a listing, and doesnt make you feel bad when you take a while to find the right home. Her goal is for you to love the home you buy! Highly recommend using Ashley for your real estate needs.

Ashley did such an amazing job! Anytime I had trouble finding a source from insurance down to suggesting a great mortgage lender, she always had my back and found the very best people to do business with. She was extremely flexible in meeting with me to view the house on most people's off time and answered any questions I had from beginning till end. I highly recommend Ashley Divin to anyone needing a realtor.
