Noni got us 2 competing buyers in the 6 days after listing. The ensuing bidding war ended up getting us 5% over asking price. There are 3 identical houses ranging from 5000 below our price to 5000 above . on the street too, ours sold for the same amount and 12 months faster than them. We went from listing to over asking price offer accepted in 6 days. Total time from listing to closing was 30 Days. Super low stress too, Noni and her assistant Amity were very helpful with providing paperwork that needed signed , and wereAvailable for after hours help(we had moved out of state and thus time zones were an issue). I have only ever used 2 realtors in my life one to buy this house and it wasnt easy, and one to sell this house and it was EASY. I would absolutely go with Noni Palmer again as my realator.
