Jason Mahoney was a great help to me trying to move from Washington DC to Boston with only one day to view apartments and less than 4 weeks to find an apartment, sign the lease and move out-of-state! He has an amazing knowledge of the greater Boston area as he's lived and worked in so many areas and was able to give me a true breakdown and understanding of what area would be the best fit for me. Moving with a pet is difficult in Boston, and during a pandemic, but he was able to only recommend units that met my criteria - pet friendly, affordable, spacious, close to my job and close to scenic walking trails. I never felt like I had to repeat what I was looking for and he did a great job of reaching out to me and adjusting his schedule to fit when I could be available. Jay was truly an awesome agent and a great help to me! Will definitely call him for my next move too!
