Not sure where to even start with Julio's professionalism. During this challenging time, Julio made the process of purchasing a home a nearly seamless process. Obviously, there were certain things out of his control, but he ensured I was informed of any updates. I highly recommend Julio to anyone who is seeking to purchase a new home. Julio,Thank you from Janell and me for assisting us through this process.

Julio Hernandez is the best in the industry. He has gone over and beyond his duties as a knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent. During this time of the global pandemic, Julio really knew how to understand and conform to the ever-changing safety protocols to keep everyone safe. First of all, Julio met with us at a moments notice at our home we were proposing to sell. Julio took his time and listened to our concerns. He gave his honest opinions and let us know what we can expect from him. I have interviewed realtors before and no one has been more comforting and honest as Julio was from the beginning. Julio sold our home and throughout the process, Julio handled all the bumps in the road quickly and efficiently. When that bump in the road came around, Julio was always a text away and gave us his complete attention. Our home was sold as promised and my family and I were very pleased with Julios professionalism that he always displayed.
