We chose Nic Judd as our broker after following his social media for a while. His confidence, transparency, and especially his aEURoeSell It in 30 Days or LessaEUR? guarantee really stood outaEUR"and he absolutely delivered. From our very first conversation, Nic had a clear plan to maximize our homes value. He recommended a few strategic updates, including replacing the carpets and doing fresh interior paint, and then went a step further by helping organize and manage everything. It was stress-free for us and made a huge difference in how the home showed. The results spoke for themselves. Our Roseville home sold in just 14 days, well under his guarantee, and for a price that exceeded our expectations. Nics pricing strategy, marketing, and negotiation skills were spot-on, and we always felt informed and confident throughout the process. If youre thinking about selling and want an agent who backs up his promises with real results, Nic Judd is the one.aEUR"working with him confirmed we made the right choice. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Nicholas Judd! His expert knowledge of the local market and exceptional negotiation skills helped us secure our dream home at a great price. He was always available to answer our questions and guided us through every step of the process.

Nicholas Judd did a great job! He helped me to buy my dream house! Nicholas took the time to understand my needs and preferences, providing options that fit my budget. I highly recommend Nicholas Judd to anyone looking for a trusted broker!

Quick work and very thorough. Always listened to our questions and concerns and answered all questions in a timely manner. Was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the closing process and California rules/laws. Would highly recommend him to help him buy or sell your house.

Nic was our realtor who helped find our Natomas Park home. He was fantastic to work with - Gold. We are so glad to have found him- he is the real deal, a real pro who knows real estate in the area well. He knew what to look for and what to highlight to us when we looked at many homes. He gave us technical tips on how to keep our future house in good shape, how to renovate if needed, what renovations bring property value over time and what renovations may not enhance property appreciation as well. I learned technical things to look for in crown moulding and baseboards, tile and backsplash finishes, drywall and electrical outlets, what to look for in seller disclosures based on tips he gave. He negotiated lower than asking price for us, and got our home for us for less than what we thought we would have to pay. He was always responsive, available, and thorough, treating our home purchase like he was purchasing his own. And best of all, he made it feel like a complete breeze - he found us our home in 3 weeks, when we expected to take grueling months. If you can get Nic, you couldnt be more lucky. Highly recommend him.
