Kyle did an amazing job at keeping me apprised of any and all potential properties around town that fit within my budget and made sure to ask a lot of questions about what I was looking for in a home. The housing market being what it is, I was very cautious to dip my toes into it but Kyle made the whole experience as pleasant as it could be and was happy to take things at my pace rather than making me feel rushed into choosing a home I potentially would have regretted. He was happy to point out issues with any and every home we visited which was a huge help as this was my first home buying experience so I would highly recommend Kyle to any new home buyer to make sure they are fully informed with whatever decision they choose to make will be the best for the buyer. Thanks Kyle!

Kyle was amazing from the start of our home buying Journey. He not only helped us find our forever home but also made sure we were able to close on time. My wife and I moved from Wisconsin to Alabama and he helped coordinate everything. He helped us find home insurance, title company and even when we had to hail marry and switch lenders he made sure to get it done. Also Mathew from Local Bank was amazing I couldn't of asked for a better experience buying a house. Thank you so much for everything

Kyle was great at working me through the buying process as I was also selling my prior home in another state. He was patient with my timeline but prompt with answering all of my questions. He helped me work through several non-standard buying situations. He is a dedicated agent and I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling in Baldwin County and the surrounding area.

Kyle did an amazing job helping us find our dream retirement home. We appreciated his knowledge and expertise, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we closed on our new home.

Kyle did a wonderful job in being prompt with communication which was really important to us! He patiently guided us through the difficult process of being first time buyers and sellers. His relaxed, but professional demeanor put us at ease every step of the way and when any issues came up, he offered multiple solutions for us to choose from!
