Dawn did an outstanding job on selling my home, she went above and beyond in getting me the best price and overcoming all obstacles. She communicated on all aspects of the sale. It was a very easy transaction. There was no stress and will be sure to use Dawn in the future.

Dolores couldn't have been better! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She provided constant communication throughout the buying process and was always available to answer any questions. We would not hesitate to work with her in the future!

Vickie is more than a professional she will always be a friend. I have never had such a wonderful experience getting to know a complete stranger and being so comfortable. Her attention to detail and advice was spot on. Thank you so much Vickie

Delores is very professional, knows her market, & has a rolodex of contacts to solve any problem. Delores was referred to me by a retired realtor and after working with her for the last few months I am very happy I chose her to sell my house. Of the three realtors I interviewed, Delores was the only one to do a minimum amount of research and be prepared to sell the house. She informed me about the difficulties selling homes with leased solar systems and was key to helping me overcome this obstacle. After the home inspection raised some issues, she had already obtained multiple quotes to present me with options as well as her opinion about the best path forward. I always knew where I stood in this process, because Delored kept me informed of good news and bad news. But bad news always came with options. She is a true professional, and I highly recommend her.
