Legacy Properties Sotheby's International Real Estate

Ryan was amazing through every step of our journey! He seamlessly navigated both selling our current house and buying our dream house. Ryan gave us advice that always proved to be exactly what we needed and always explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Ryan was always extremely reachable and made us feel like we were his top priority. Ryan was exceptional and would recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch agent!

We originally connected with Ryan through a Zillow inquiry about a aEURoefantasyaEUR? property, with no expectation that he would turn out to be so exceptional. After several phone conversations, the stars eventually aligned and we were able to visit Maine to tour properties in person. Ryan is an outstanding realtoraEUR"professional, highly responsive, and an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. He helped turn our dream of owning a property in Maine into a realityaEUR"one our family will cherish for generations. Even though we live in Maryland, he made the home-buying experience feel seamless, smooth, and completely stress-free.

Above and beyond! Truly felt that he had our best interests in mind, which feels increasingly rare these days when everyone needs to make money. Someone you can trust - I would highly recommend!

Ryan represented me as a seller this spring. We immediately it it off and I would recommend him most highly. Interestingly the reason I chose him as my agent was because neighbors highly recommended him to me. First of all his pricing strategy was spot on, generating loads of showings and a number of solid offers well above asking price. He helped me with encouragement all along the way and understood the challenges I faced in downsizing and preparing my home for the market. Although he left final decisions up to me, his recommendations for updating, repairs, painting, and staging were spot on. In addition, he showed up several hours before the photo shoot just to help out and then again before the showings started. His knowledge of the ins and outs of the market and the regulations are also impeccable. If you want someone who knows his stuff, whose ethic is to be of service, and who will bring lots of laughs and encouragement, Ryan is your guy.

Mr Ryan MacGlashing is a professional real estate agent who is thorough in his work and comes through on his promises, facing any and all adversity with a great attitude. It would be an understatement to say he went the extra mile to make sure the sale of my moms property was a success, after jumping hurdles and ensuring all parties (a buyer, a seller and a nonprofit organization) were happy. Id want everyone who is looking for a five star real estate agent to turn to Ryan, but mention this with some hesitation. I wouldnt want him to be so busy in the future he couldnt help me, but then again I shouldnt be so selfish. What else can I say? Hes good at what he does and is a great guy.
