He is extremely knowledgeable about the Beacon Hill and Cambridge markets, and he made our first home buying experience as painless as possible, particularly given these highly competitive markets. Ramsay was a great resource throughout the entire process and is very generous with his time -- indeed, he assisted us with things well outside of the scope of his realtor duties. We love our home and plan to stay here unless and until we outgrow it, but should that come to pass, we absolutely will work with Ramsay again on the sell- and buy-sides.
