I worked with Judy and Chris Sanders on selling my house in Arlington. They basically took care of everything for me, including cleaning and prepping the house - getting painters and floor people, and doing a very attractive staging. They were doing this in the winter and also took care of getting the walks and driveway shoveled. I really appreciated that I did not have to worry about any of the details. They communicated closely as the work went along. As a result what they accomplished, we received multiple offers the first weekend the house was on the market, and accepted an offer well above asking price the day after offer presentation day.
