Lattimer Realty

Frank was an absolute pleasure to work with both buying and selling! He is extremely knowledgable about the real estate market and very responsive. He has a lot of contacts and was able to help us coordinate multiple inspections with reliable companies. I highly recommend Frank and the Corsilli Team at Lattimer!

My wife and I were very leery about entering the market in 2020, we knew the area we wanted to move into but needed an agent who was knowledgeable with great communication skills, and Frank was it. Franks background and knowledge was great. He provided great insight into the process and was so patient with us. No matter what time of day or night, Frank was always responsive.

It was great working with Frank for our home search! As first time homebuyers, we were very anxious about how the process would unfold, however Frank was always supportive and happy to answer our questions. He was receptive to our feedback, and were grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him.

Frank was extremely informative and patient with us as first time homebuyers. Moving from a city into the burbs, we knew very little about Essex county and Frank was beyond educated on not only the homes but so many others topics including neighborhoods, school systems, and especially taxes (gotta love NJ taxes!). Frank walked us through the entire process of buying a home and was with us every step of the way. We were beyond appreciative of his negotiating skills, especially following our inspection. His knowledge, selling skills, talent and genuine concern for his customers make him a phenomenal realtor that I have recommended to several others.

The best. Held our hand, as we live out of state. He suggested a strategy that allowed for a great price. He arranged for workers to paint, etc. I highly recommend.
