Stephen helped us with a somewhat problematic sale. It was a bumpy roller coaster ride but he was always available if we had a question or concern. After deciding to put a pause on the sale in the late fall and taking his advice on improvements that would help us sell our home, we put the house back on the market in May and had a buyer by the first showing, getting the price we wanted. Stephen thinks outside of the box and can pivot quickly as circumstances change. We cant thank Stephen enough for being with us through this whole process.
