Deana was very professional, explained things in layman terms for me as the seller, stayed on top of any issues and kept me updated. She arranged, with my consent, some work that needed to be completed on the property making sure that I was apprised of the nature of the problem and the cost before work was initiated. She negotiated a fair price for my property and I would feel very confident using her services again.
