Land's Edge Realty

Working with Ric was a real pleasure. His knowledge, guidance, and expertise were invaluable with my transaction. I would recommend Ric to anyone and hope to be lucky enough to work with him on another transaction in the future!

Ric is an outstanding realtor. He worked with me on locking down a nice townhouse. He handled the negotiation and inspection with professionalism. There were other issues that came up during the purchase process. Ric handled every problem and issue immediately, completely and with class. Ric will make sure that your real estate experience will exceed your expectations.

Casi is a great. She made the process very easy, explained everything and was extremely helpful! I would recommend her and plan to use her again if for other other purchases.

Oliver found us our dream house! We couldn?t be any happier. We told him what we wanted in a house and sure enough, he found us a house that was perfect.

Casi did a wonderful job helping us buy our house on the peninsula. She was very responsive and helpful going above & beyond to make the transaction go smoothly & timely
