Landon Key Realty

We bought some land next to our property last year. The sellers were aEURoedifficultaEUR? but Heather worked with their agent, got us a fair deal and was an absolute pleasure to work with during the whole process. I would recommend her and her team 100 times over.

Heather and her team have bought and sold multiple homes for us over the years. She found creative ways to negotiate the sale of two of our homes, and her team helped us purchase 2 homes. She is always available to offer advice and guidance on the real estate market as well. I recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home. I recommend her to everyone I know who asks me for a realtor in Asheville. She is relentless, and I feel is one of the best realtors in Asheville.

As a first time home buyer in Asheville NC, Heather and her team at Landon Key Realty were professional and great to work with through the process. They have a great understanding of the local real estate landscape and exhibit expert execution for all stages of the deal! Highly recommend this team!

Heather was an amazing asset as a realtor in purchasing a home. She was diligent, professional, and focused on our needs in finding and purchasing a home. I would not hesitate to recommend her!

Heather helped us sell our home in Weaverville in 2025. We had lived there for 30 years. She was professional throughout the process. Her negotiation skills are excellent. We had multiple offers the first day and were very happy with the final sale price.
