Landmark One Real Estate

Mary was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the unique property we were selling which helped to maximize our offer. She updated us throughout the process to keep us up to speed so we never were left wondering what was happening with the listing and subsequent sale.

Mary was referred to me by family and friends as their representative for buying and selling. She made my first time home buying experience so smooth and easy, I would not have believed the process to go without hiccups and move so quickly- I was in my home just after a month of beginning to look. I reached out to her the day before Thanksgiving and we went home shopping on Black Friday. Mary was on top of everything, providing information and updates along the way before I even needed to ask. Her knowledge was comforting and she was a pleasure to work with. Should I ever need to move again, I would trust her to help make it happen.

Mary is a very motivated realtor. She is honest with her clients whether your buying or selling about what is needed to make things happen. She is always available to answer questions and calls. If she does not know the answer she will find someone who does. I would and have recommended her to many family members and friends to help them with selling and buying homes. We love Mary
