Lakes Realty Group

We worked with Pat for many months to find a lake property when the market was tight. With her help we were able to find the lake home of our dreams at the price we wanted. She is also a Homes For Heroes agent which helped us tremendously. We are so glad that Pat was with us every step of the way. If you are in the market or thinking of buy/selling, give her a call. We highly recommend her.

Pat has a large amount of expertise with working on properties both on the water and in the Chain of Lakes area. She is highly recommended as she provides a balanced and fair view of the market to help you sell your home. I would use her again if I were ever to sell or buy another home in that area.

Outstanding service is the standard for Pat Smarto and her Lakes Realty team. No matter the simplicity nor the complexity of the transaction , you can expect excellence. In a world where less is less, this team offers you more and delivers more. If you believe most realtors are the same, then you have not worked with Pat. Pat Smarto recently sold my Dad?s luxury home and adjoining guest house. We chose to work with Pat because of her extensive knowledge and enthusiasm of the area, as well as her reputation and the reviews we read about her. She did not disappoint! During this past year in a pandemic, she helped to get us a few offers for us to choose from and we are very happy with the results. I highly recommend Pat and would welcome the chance to work with her again if the need arises.

I?ve worked with Pat with a couple of houses and has always been 100% satisfied. She?s always listen to my needs. And has always kept in contact with me throughout the process. And answered all my questions.
