When needing work done, she not only referred us but provided the phone number and links if applicable, explaining why this particular business would be good and provided past examples of how they helped others. Natalie, took the time getting to know me, and my my family while home shopping the first time around. This showed me that she cared about me as a person and not just a client, so when it came to more difficult decisions such as contracts, I knew I could trust her expertise which made my decision making so much smoother. I feel so blessed that I've been able to re-connect with Natalie. Lakeland truly is a gem within the community!
