Lakefield Realty Group

We highly recommend the team of Autumn Makin, and her assistant Melissa Bell. They did a great job in helping us sell our home. The marketing and communications were top notch. Both Autumn and Melissa always promptly returned our calls and messages, and answered our questions clearly. Definitely 5 star service all the way!

Autumn and her team always made themselves available whenever we needed them. Her advice on how to get our house ready for sale was spot on and the pictures were beautiful and gave our property what it needed to sell quickly. We looked at many houses before we settled on one to buy and they always made sure to be there to help us tour the properties. Autumn made sure we understood the process involved in selling our home and buying the new one. Melissa made herself available to answer all our questions no matter the day or time. It is a very stressful process and Autumn and Melissa made it a much more relaxing process. Both closings went off perfectly with no problems. I would highly recommend Autumn and her team if you are looking to buy or sell or both at the same time.

This is our second time buying a home with Autumn. First was sight unseen and she was awesome then! This time was great as she really knows the area and had some great insights. I would highly recommend using her.

No two ways about it, Autumn is the Best! We listed our vacant property with Autumn because she knows the area and the value of what land is selling for. Our property was only on the market for 1 week when we were offered our asking price! We did have some zoning issues, but working with Autumn and her fantastic assistant Melissa we were able to get all the problems worked out and had our closing just 6 weeks from putting the property on the market. I would highly recommend Lakefield Realty Group to anyone. They are professional, knowledgeable and a true blessing to work with!
