Michael Murphy was fantastic to work with. Nothing throughout our process to sell our home was a surprise, because Michael laid out in advance how everything should go down pretty much exactly the way it ended up happening. He is a very knowledgeable realtor. Michaels communication was extremely high, as it should be for someone in his role. He was very responsive to our questions and got all correspondences to/from us and potential buyers in a timely manner. Most importantly, Michael uses high level software/hardware to take pictures of your home, which enables virtual/3D walk throughs and remote measurements of each room for people without even having to step foot in our house. This technology opened our home to so many additional potential buyers as opposed to those who were just local...and I believe this is ultimately why we were able to get a winning offer from a couple out of Kentucky while our home was located in South Carolina. We firmly believe that the above comments about Michael Murphy are why our home sold for well more than any other home has EVER sold for in our neighborhood.
