ZillowVERIFIEDWe had very little knowledge of the Chapin area, but had very clear criteria for our search. Hunter executed flawlessly and worked with our compressed timeline. When an off-market house became available while looking at our list of homes, he provided the guidance and intel necessary for us to make a wise decision and execute efficiently, resulting in us going under contract on a home a few hours away from being listed and us battling competition. Hunter was a true professional, proved himself as a trusted advisor, and expert at his craft. I'd certainly use Hunter again and recommend him to anyone looking for representation by an all-star worthy Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was an honest and hard working partner in helping to sell my home. As a seller from afar, he went above and beyond the minimum requirements to ensure the home was ready for showing and saw every last detail through the final negotiations. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the Lake Murray area as he is intimately familiar with the market, local service providers, etc...

ZillowVERIFIED Michael was a pure delight to work with - he knew the area, the communities, and plugged us into the community the moment we moved in! Working with Michael felt like we were working with a close relative or longtime friend! There was an immediate level of trust and respect for Michael's knowledge and we could not have been in better hands! Michael worked late hours and even worked while on vacation to ensure we had the best chance of getting our dream home - that level of dedication is unmatched! Michael made what could have been a very stressful 500+ mile relocation into a breeze! We are beyond grateful for Michael and his team!!

ZillowVERIFIED Michael helped me navigate through the decision of buying a home or building. His expertise in all areas of real estate and many other things are highly valued. Michael assisted my daughter and son in law with searching for a home and ultimately building and came very highly recommended. He is very trustworthy and will give you honest information even when he could have made much more money on other options. He placed more value in the right choices for me rather than on how much money is in it for himself. Michael is so personable that he has become a great friend. Ive worked with him for less than a year but it feels as though I have known him for a long time. I'm very grateful for him and his willingness to help others make the right choices.

ZillowVERIFIED We would highly recommend Michael for any of your real estate needs. He is the absolute best at what he does. After speaking to several other agents before listing our lake home, we knew immediately after meeting Michael that he was hands down the best agent to handle selling our home. Throughout the entire process Michael was terrific to work with and made the whole process stress free and an ease to navigate. He was always available to answer any of our questions or concerns. His expertise of the market and knowledge of the lake had our home sold in less than 4 weeks. He is by far the only agent we would ever consider again and without any hesitation would recommend to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Michael is an excellent realtor and person. He assisted my wife tirelessly in selling her family?s home on Lake Murray. There were challenges regarding repairs on the house and loan issues encountered by the buyer that Micheal advised her on and kept her appraised of. Without his communication, I doubt the deal would have occurred. I recommend Michael without reservation as he is positive, calm, transparent and very responsive. Ron Smith

ZillowVERIFIED Michael Murphy was fantastic to work with. Nothing throughout our process to sell our home was a surprise, because Michael laid out in advance how everything should go down pretty much exactly the way it ended up happening. He is a very knowledgeable realtor. Michaels communication was extremely high, as it should be for someone in his role. He was very responsive to our questions and got all correspondences to/from us and potential buyers in a timely manner. Most importantly, Michael uses high level software/hardware to take pictures of your home, which enables virtual/3D walk throughs and remote measurements of each room for people without even having to step foot in our house. This technology opened our home to so many additional potential buyers as opposed to those who were just local...and I believe this is ultimately why we were able to get a winning offer from a couple out of Kentucky while our home was located in South Carolina. We firmly believe that the above comments about Michael Murphy are why our home sold for well more than any other home has EVER sold for in our neighborhood. Michael truly lived up to his 5 Star status with us, and we would highly recommend that you give him the opportunity to do the same for you.

ZillowVERIFIED We cant say enough about Michael. He is extremely knowledgeable about real-estate and the properties in the area. He makes you feel very confident and will steer you in the right direction on your decision making. Michael will answer questions any time of the day or night. I had unfortunately called him during a family dinner and instead of taking the call at a different time, he insisted on answering my question and stepped away from the table. Michael is the type of person that makes you feel right away like you have known each other for years.

ZillowVERIFIED Found Michael online and called him. Immediately friendly, open and knowledgeable. Dedicated as much time as it appeared I needed at each time we spoke. Our initial contacts were long distance and he made me feel that, that wouldn?t be a disadvantage, and it wasn?t. He kept in contact by phone, set up a digital profile for me and kept me advised of all properties that came available that fit my requests. Michael found my family a home, and saved it for us several times in negotiations. I have bought and sold several homes and properties over the years and he is by far the best agent I have ever worked with. He has become a friend to myself and my family members as well. I highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first experience in selling a home. We were truly blessed to have Michael to guide us through the process. He told us what his plans were to sell our home and implemented those plans quickly. We were able to easily evaluate his strategy with the number of virtual hits and offers received for our home the very first day it was put on the market. He called us and and responded to our calls quickly and gave us the correct information so we could make the tough decision which offer to accept. We would use Michael again and will encourage our family and friends to consider him for their real estate needs. Stephen & Elizabeth Salter

Not only did he provide market analysis on the houses we were looking at, he was able to help us negotiate a price that secured the house we wanted, in a sellers market, at a price that was reasonable. Michael also provided outstanding references for the home inspections and helped us through the negotiation process. ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure working with Michael securing land for our church home. He took time to build relationship with his client more than just achieving a business deal. He was prompt in returning phone calls. Demonstrating a very high level of proficiency and professionalism in conducting business. One of my favorite things in working with Michael was his regular checklist of things to be done. It kept us on track of our progress as well as goals to be achieved. For your next property deal, I highly recommend the services of Michael Murphy. Reynold Williams Pastor of Crosspointe Church of Lexington
