Lake Homes Realty, LLC Birmingham, AL

Lauren is wonderful! So very patient and kind. She was able to help me step by step in the process of buying my first home. So grateful for her willingness to guide me through the process.

Lauren was an amazing realtor to work with. She was very knowledgeable of the area and the surrounding areas, as well. We had a tough negotiation, but she handled it flawlessly and kept us moving forward on the sale. She worked very well with the seller's agent also, which helped to bring our purchase to closing as quick and seamlessly, as possible. She had knowledgeable answers whenever we had questions and was quick to investigate or research, if there was something we were unsure of. Lauren has ALL of our real estate business in the future in GA and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others looking to buy or sell in her service area.

Wish there were more than 5 stars we could give Lauren! Lauren is an amazing realtor and even better person. She genuinely cares about her sellers and buyers, and it shows in her compassionate and caring attitude and willingness to talk through everything. No matter the day or time, Lauren was always responsive, with general questions and minor emergencies. Highly, highly recommend Lauren.

Lauren was Great, I wish I had more houses to buy. She was always there when I needed her or she would find out and get back with me. This home buying experience was perfect.

I found Lauren to be very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with during the entire process of having my house listed and sold. She was very diligent in making sure the house was widely listed and shown to many prospective buyers. She quickly responded whenever I had a question and also made helpful suggestions. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a house.
