LAKE & COMPANY REAL ESTATE, INC.

We have worked with Sarah on two houses now and have had the best experience possible both times. She was patient with us and explained the process in a way that made the process of buying a house so much less intimidating. We were happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend her to everyone we know.

Sarah Rollinger helped me sell a property about four years ago. She was highly professional and personable, so when it was time to buy? in 2026, I called her immediately. Once again, Sarah was professional, courteous, patient, and incredibly attentive to detail. Unlike some pushy realtors who focus only on closing deals quickly for a commission, Sarah is the exact opposite. She is honest and upfront about the cons of each property we looked at, even pointing out long-term potential issues that could cause headaches later. She genuinely cares about her clients' well-being, even advising us to walk the neighborhoods in the evening to ensure we felt safe and to drive a car into a garage to test the space for turning movements. She approached the entire process as if her own family would be living there, meticulously reading through the purchase-and-sale agreements to alert us on potential problems. We ultimately found a property we loved that met all of our criteria. Even before closing, Sarah thoroughly walked through the property with us to ensure every agreed-upon repair was completed to both our satisfaction and hers. I will absolutely use Sarah for any future real estate transactions and highly recommend her to family and friends.
