My husband first came across Nolan when we were looking at houses to rent. He was super helpful in sending us houses that had all the things we wanted AND most importantly that was in our price range. A lot of sales agents we had worked with in the past tried to upsell us to get us to push our budget, but it felt like Nolan really cared and wanted us to find the right house. Then, our situation changed and we found a house at an open house that ticked all the right boxes for us, so we went back to Nolan to help us buy it. As first time homebuyers, Nolan was not only understanding of this, but was very patient in explaining every step of the process to us. He was hardworking, taking time out of his day when we were getting quotes for different things that needed to be fixed and was understanding when there were multiple appointments.
