ZillowVERIFIED Over the last 20 years I have moved and purchased many homes. I have dealt with many good agents however I can say that Nolan was by far our best experience working with an agent. My wife and were looking for an agent that was knowledgeable, organized, punctual. professional and had excellent listening and communication skills. We also wanted someone who was a creative aEURoedeal makeraEUR? and also willing to go the extra mile to keep us informed. You rarely find someone with all these traits but Nolan delivered on all. The past year we were stressed out like most parents balancing a full time jobs and home schooling three kids. We were apprehensive to move however it was a great decision. Nolan and his team had our house staged listed and sold in no time. It was only on the market for 10 days and we got and additional $50K over the asking price. On the buying side it was just as easy. He worked around the clock to setup our home visits and once we found our new home we had an offer and agreement in days. The property didnt work out but Nolan came through with flying colors.On first meeting Nolan, he was prepared, professional and motivated. He had all the listing info and other similar listings for additional properties ready to hand to me in a package. He stuck with me over the next few weeks, finding ever more appropriate places as he learned what I liked and didnt. Nolan walked me through every step of the way as if it was my first time buying. He treated my situation as if it was his very own home search. He always made sure I was protected and his connection in the real estate world made the sellers accept my offer over other offers on the table. He doesnt just disappear after the transaction closes. He helped recommend someone to treat the concrete due to pet stains and a great carpet installer. He even came to help me clear out the garage once the transaction was closed so I could move my items into the garage and helped find people to clear out other items that were left by the previous owner.
