La Rosa Realty North Florida

We recently relocated from Charlotte, NC to Florida, and we couldn?t have asked for a better realtor than Joseph to guide us through the process. From the start, he listened carefully to our needs and responded accordingly. He was always available, incredibly responsive, and made us feel like a top priority. We truly couldnt have purchased our new home without him. Joseph went above and beyond?negotiating on our behalf, meeting with contractors and inspectors, and ensuring we got the best possible outcome. He consistently had our best interests in mind and truly went to bat for us. He stood by us through the entire closing process and continues to check in even after we?ve moved in. We?re so grateful for his dedication, professionalism, and care.

I have closed two properties with Joe so far and I am looking forward to future business with him. His is the constant professional, willing to go above and beyond to close on a deal. His knowledge base is extensive and I would highly recommend.

Joe was more than we could have ever expected out of a realtor! He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, responsive and went above and beyond! He made us feel very comfortable and never pressured us into anything. He was available to answer any questions or concerns pretty much 24/7 and always handled everything with a smile on his face. We couldn?t have asked for a better realtor to help us find our first home. If you?re looking for a realtor in Jacksonville, St. Augustine or any of the surrounding areas Joe is your guy!

joe is like a pitbull....... it was a real joy to work with Joe,he is always willing to go the extra step for you .he will make sure YOU get what you want.I am completely satisfied.

Joe was so helpful through the whole process of selling our home. He was professional, and I never had a doubt that he had our best interests in mind. He also went above and beyond in ensuring a very smooth and easy closing process.
